My connection with the BALL family begins c1794 with the birth of James BALL.
He married 9 March 1819 at St Helen's Sharnford, Elizabeth LORD (widow) nee HAINES.
James died 26 August 1850 at Leire;Elizabeth died 31 December 1850 and was buried at Leire.
Their son William was baptised 23 March 1820 at Sharnford.
William married Catherine JOHNSON 23 December 1840. The marriage was registered at Lutterworth (Vol 15 page 209 in English marriage records)
They had eleven children,all born Leire.
